Naturopathic Services
Primary care supported by
evidence-informed practice.
Naturopathic doctors (NDs) are regulated health professionals in BC through the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and are recognized as primary care providers.
My practice is guided by the six principles of naturopathic medicine: treat the whole person, do no harm, identify and address the root cause, harness the healing power of nature, emphasize prevention, and provide education to support your health and well-being.
As a naturopathic doctor in British Columbia, I provide individualized, whole-person primary care that integrates evidence-informed natural medicine with conventional approaches when appropriate. I treat both acute and chronic health concerns, including colds and flu, infections, hormone dysregulation, digestive issues, and inflammatory conditions.
Assessment may include a detailed health history, an examination, and laboratory investigations. As a primary care provider, I can order standard laboratory testing as well as specialized tests such as food sensitivity testing, hormone panels, and metabolic assessments, when clinically appropriate. These can help provide a more complete picture of factors contributing to symptoms and guide an individualized treatment plan.
Treatment may incorporate clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, nutritional supplementation, and other naturopathic approaches. I work collaboratively with other healthcare providers when conventional medical assessment or treatment is needed.
My goal is not simply to treat symptoms, but to understand the whole person and create practical, individualized care that supports connection, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
